Here in Central New York, be ready for a celestial spectacular unlike any other. This will be the biggest eclipse watch party in Camden. Consider Residents of Camden and the surrounding areas are invited to Greater Camden’s Total Eclipse Watch Party to observe this amazing celestial spectacle. Thus, set aside Monday, April 8th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on your calendars.
The party will take place at Camden’s Manley Field on Route 13, which will put you right in the direction of totality, where the moon will completely obscure the sun for a memorable 150 seconds.
Family-friendly, free, and located in the best viewing area is this event. A few things to anticipate are as follows:
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and appetites for this festive atmosphere. Amazingly delectable food will be available from Dean’s Concessions and Arizona Tacos of Rome on-site.
Face painting will be available at Full Moon Reflections Art Gallery from 12:30 to 2:30.
Connect Community Schools will have yard games and DJ Kenny’s music. The Promo Guy will keep things exciting during the sun’s eclipse.
– Safe Viewing: To protect your eyes as you take in this amazing spectacle, a small quantity of certified eclipse glasses will be on sale.
The Imagine Greater Camden Holiday Stroll and Paint the Town project will benefit from the proceeds.
It matters where you witness the eclipse on April 8 in New York. While some cities and towns will experience the famous “ring of fire” effect for almost four minutes, others will only get to witness it for less than a minute.
