When does the red carpet for the CMT Music Awards begin?
The red carpet for the CMT Music Awards commenced one hour prior to the awards ceremony, at 7 p.m. ET. Ahead of the ceremony, celebrities, performers, and others arrived at Austin’s Moody Center.
The CMT red carpet coverage was presided over by Marley Sherwood, Cody Alan, and Carissa Culiner.
Observing the red-carpet coverage of the CMT Music Awards, CMT broadcast the red carpet live and broadcasted the event on its YouTube channel.

Additionally nominated in three categories this year, Kelsea Ballerini presided over the main event.
Although the singer-songwriter has served as host for four consecutive years, this marked her debut as a solo host.
She was accompanied in prior years by country musician Kane Brown and actor Anthony Mackie. “I simply want to have fun this year,” she stated during an interview on “CBS Mornings.”
“Having hosted independently for the past four years, I believe I have a basic understanding of the procedures. “I am ecstatic to simply be in attendance and appreciate the country music celebration.”
While preparing for a new album, Ballerini stated that she was doing so with love and joy in mind, despite the fact that her tracks might not consistently reflect this sentiment.
“I delight in composing melancholy songs.” She told “CBS Mornings” that she could compose a melancholic song even when she was feeling joyful.
