The Chief Minister of Sikkim, Prem Singh Tamang, on the occasion of International Labour Day, complimented the achievements of workers and expressed gratitude for the vital efforts of the diligent workforce.
Prem Singh Tamang took to social media and stated, “On this propitious occasion of International Labour Day, I send my deepest appreciation for the tremendous contributions of our devoted workers.
Their unwavering commitment creates a more promising future for our state.
Labor Day represents more than just a day off from work; it also honors the value of labor and each person’s contributions to the advancement of society.
The post went on to say, “As we mark this day, let’s reaffirm our commitment to protecting the rights and welfare of all employees and strive to create an environment that fosters equality, safety, and prosperity for every member of our workforce.”
Tamang was repeating her commitment to protect workers’ rights and welfare.
Our progress is based on the steadfast dedication and endurance of our loyal laborers, for which I am incredibly grateful.
