After a strong thunderstorm on Tuesday afternoon, Carroll County now has full access to electricity again.
As of Wednesday morning, there are no longer any power outages for their customers, according to the MidAmerican Energy Company Outage Map.

Severe weather slammed through Iowa on Tuesday.
Carroll saw wind gusts as high as 77 miles per hour, according to Allan Curtis, a meteorologist with the Des Moines National Weather Service.
According to Curtis, Carroll proper is expected to receive two to just over three inches of rain.
“There haven’t been any reported reports of significant flooding up towards Carroll, or Carroll County itself,” Curtis stated.
“Although nothing major has been reported to us at this time, I wouldn’t be surprised if there had been secondary gravel or rural roads with some water over them in the southern parts of the county.”
According to Curtis, no reports of huge hail—defined as hail larger than a quarter—had been made in the vicinity.
Another hamlet in Iowa has been particularly affected by the harsh weather. Sgt. Alex Dinkla, an Iowa State Patrol public relations officer, verified many deaths in the Adair County city of Greenfield during a press conference on Tuesday night.
After being struck by a tornado head-on, the city has suffered severe damage, with portions of Greenfield completely demolished.
Dinkla stated during the same press briefing that the tornado had caused at least a dozen injuries.
Carroll is located 74.4 miles southeast of Greenfield, which is reachable in one hour and twenty-four minutes by car.
