Due to allegations of indecent exposure, Wynonna Judd’s daughter has been imprisoned in Alabama. Currently detained at the Elmore County Jail is 27-year-old Grace Pauline Kelley.
She faces minor charges of indecent exposure and impeding government operations. On April 5, Kelley, who has addresses in Milbrook and Franklin, Tennessee, was taken into custody.
According to the charging paperwork, Kelley showed off her lower body and breasts on Friday near the bustling Millbrook crossroads of Highway 14 and Interstate 65.
He sat down on the side of the road and refused to comply with the police when they attempted to arrest her.
April 11 is her first court appearance date. According to published accounts, Grace, a mother, was arrested on August 28, 2021, for violating her probation following her 2016 meth possession charge.
On May 1, 2023, she was taken into custody on allegations that she had broken a restraining order, breached parole, and violated an order of protection.
