At the 150th Kentucky Derby, would Super Bowl Champion Travis Kelce and his international celebrity girlfriend Taylor Swift support the thoroughbreds?
Chandler Parsons said Kelce will be here, at the very least. When asked which of his buddies were coming to Derby during his interview on Friday with the Up & Adams Show, Parsons replied that Kelce was expected to arrive in the afternoon.
The official Kentucky Derby post time is set for Saturday, May 4, at 6:57 p.m. ET. The 12th event on the 14-race schedule at Churchill Downs will be the 150th Run for the Roses.
There is currently a 40% probability of showers and thunderstorms on Saturday, according to Louisville’s NWS.
The “Shake It Off” singer and her fiancĂ©, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, have been the subject of months-long speculation on whether or not they will attend the “Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports.” Clearly, this A-list celebrity pair enjoys themselves, so what could be better than a trip to Churchill Downs for the yearly “Run for the Roses?”
Why wouldn’t Kelce’s girlfriend from “Tourtured Poets Department” put on a wide-brimmed hat and join in on the festivities because there have been weeks of rumors that he will be in Louisville for parties and the horse race?

Swift and Kelce are keen on having a good time together. The couple is having a well-earned break from their jobs and has enjoyed a trip to the Bahamas, time spent in Swift’s Los Angeles mansion, and a pop-in at Coachella since her Eras Tour went on hold and the NFL is in the off-season.
The power couple was most recently seen at a weekend golf fundraiser for Patrick Mahomes’ organization in a Las Vegas nightclub with Kelce’s teammate and his wife, Brittany.
Four tickets to Swift’s enormously successful Eras Tour were donated, and the money generated was raised for 15 and the Mahomes Foundation, which helps to better the lives of children.
Patricia Barnstable Brown hosted Patrick and Brittany Mahomes to her renowned Kentucky Derby Eve Gala in 2023. The 149th Kentucky Derby was about to begin when Mahomes called “Riders Up” on the NBC Sports broadcast the following Saturday afternoon.
It’s probable that Mahomes encouraged his pals to plan vacations by telling them how much fun he had in Louisville over Kentucky Derby weekend.
Recall that Swift’s next overseas Eras Tour stop is in Paris on May 9 and that the 2024 Met Gala is set for Monday, May 6. Will the power couple finally appear? Who knows? Cheers to the Derby!
