Tyson Foods CFO John Tyson was arrested again on Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.
Tyson Foods claimed he was suspended from that role following his arrest. Tyson was booked at 1:32 a.m. on Thursday and released nine hours later at 10:41 a.m., according to the Washington County Detention Center. He’s scheduled to go into court on Friday.
